Story
Like many people, I’ve experienced the ups and downs of mental health, days when emotions felt overwhelming and I couldn’t quite explain why. I wanted something simple, intuitive, and supportive to help me stay connected with how I was feeling in the moment, without judgment.
That’s why I created the Mood Band.
It’s more than just a wearable, it's a gentle companion that helps track your emotional patterns, encourages mindfulness, and gives you real-time insight into your mood. My hope is that it becomes a tool for self-awareness, growth, and everyday emotional care, for you, just as it has been for me.
